The clips on the top of my panniers broke. These clips are fantastic for keeping the bags attached while also allowing the bags to be quickly detached. By ordering these replacements, I was able to restore the panniers to their full use. They were delivered promptly. By keeping the bolts from the original clips I could complete the repairs.

works great, easy to install and highly versatile and modular. only took a moment to connect it to my bag and then its quick and comfortable to clip it onto the rack and cycle about with a free and empty back while my bag is secured rather tightly. great product for low-key DIYers who like their backpack but also like the sweat to run freely on their backs while they cycle.
also, of course, it's great as a replacement for real panniers or for turning any bag into a pannier.
