Really good service for the space parts

I order some weels for my luggage but the size is wrong. I try to return them but I didn't get any help from customer service.. . Is almost impossible to contact those people. I wish I knew this before. :sleepy:

At first I was sceptical to place small qty order to Vincinta and whether my order will take long time to process. I am surprised that my order was processed immediately and shipped out the next day and the following day I received the product in good condition. Worth paying for fast delivery as these wheels were to replace my daughter school bag.
